Marino founded the Global Imaging Department at Le Creuset Group headquarters, where he expanded the team internationally, opened studios in Thailand and France, led global productions, and implemented a DAM system with over 100,000 images.

At Bang & Olufsen, he served as a Senior Artist, where he helped establish the Creative Studio and led high-impact projects in CGI, AI, photography, and motion — harmoniously uniting technology, design, art direction, cinematography, and storytelling at the highest level.
